Option One
We know our guys and our clients know their plant. We take ownership for supplying a quality supervised crew to execute work while the client takes ownership for workpack control.
Option Two
As per option one but we also take complete ownership for execution of the planned works.
Our Supervisors are onsite prior to crew mobilisation to review workpacks and planning, before execution of works and stay onsite for post work reporting requirements.
Option Three
As per option two but Weldtronics take ownership for the management as well as execution of the works. This is normally for more complex works where a Superintendent or Project Manager is required to provide complete delivery. This would involve detailed planning and preparation phase prior to execution.
Option Four
This option provides for complete service delivery covering all aspects of the works. This includes not only the supervised work crew, workpack control & management but also the actual scope development. This option is either provided as turnkey accountability or as an integrated planning team in the form of our Technical Services.
